Umineko no Naku Koro ni Hane (うみねこのなく頃に羽, lit. When the Seagulls Cry Feathers) is a collection of visual novel adaptations of short stories previously released as booklets and officially subtitled When They Cry 4+, just like the previously released Tsubasa. It was released alongside Golden Fantasia CROSS.
