TrackMania United Forever

TrackMania United, as the name states, unites all the elements of the earlier games in the TrackMania series. As with its predecessors, players can race through a series of tracks with various types of cars and environments; earning medals for beating times, doing crazy stunts, or building huge and insane tracks with the included editor. The game modes have been split into Race, Puzzle and Platform, with different difficulty levels: easy, normal, hard and extreme.

The game has the seven environments inspired by the earlier games: Desert, Snow, Rally (TrackMania), Island, Bay, Coast (Trackmania Sunrise) and Stadium (Trackmania Nations), all overhauled with more features. The editor contains about 1,000 constructions blocks with various customization options.

TrackMania United's main focus is its community. The multiplayer support now has a peer-to-peer system for players to share their custom content, as well as a unified ranking system, allowing players to either earn coppers by playing solo or online, and making their way up the general leaderboard, as well as their country's. Each country is further divided into zones (ManiaZones) or provinces to find people living nearby.

Players also have ManiaLinks - online profiles from which they can easily display and share all their custom-made content for coppers, the in-game currency. Players can exchange 3D car models, 2D skins for existing cars, tracks, movies or replays, and even unique sounds.
