Styx: Shards of Darkness is a stealth video game developed by French developer Cyanide and published by Focus Home Interactive. The game was released worldwide on 14 March 2017 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. It is the sequel to the 2014 game Styx: Master of Shadows, and the third game set in the fictional world of the Of Orcs and Men series.
In this stealth game you play the cynically sarcastic goblin, Styx. Unlike most other goblins in the game he is capable of speech, magic, and intelligence this is the result of an accident only briefly mentioned in this game. As you slink and murder your way through the dark medieval setting, you will find many rich and colourful stages to explore. The fairly open roam type levels present every thing from fighting to puzzle style challenges forcing you to master all aspects of controlling Styx.
The humour in this game shows the developers don’t mind poking a bit of fun at the game and you the player, some people call his humour horrible, I think it brings his character to life.
With smooth game play, controls, and fairly thorougher tutorial you will be smashing heads and wise cracking in no time.
