Wine V1.19 version last published 3 months, 4 weeks agowine-10.8-staging was required to install and run the game.
If you want to play on pre-1.19 saves, you need to download patch 1.19 manually from MODDB and delete the "gamedata/meshes/actors" folder from the patch:
$ zip -d Radiophobia-3-Patch-1.19.33.zip "gamedata/meshes/actors/*"
During installation choose to select the patch file from local files instead of downloading it from MODDB.
