Death Wish (sometimes styled as Deathwish) is a fan add-on for Blood developed by Dustin "Bloatoid" Twilley. It adds an additional three episodes and over thirty new levels to the game. The project was started in January of 2010 with the aim of it being completed by the year's end. Development later expanded into 2011, with it finally being released on October 31, 2011.
