which is probably valid for windows cmd, but fails to run from lutris because lutris eats unescaped backslashes (\). The solution is to escape them, e. g. by prepending with another backslash (as in this installer) or surrounding each argument with single quotes.

Players must avoid famine and engage in army expansion, building construction and simple resource gathering.
