By default, only 64-bit libraries are installed. You need to manually enable the i386 architecture and install all i386 packages for Vulkan and WINE.
You also need to manually manage WINE versions to install wine-ge-8-xx version and use it as the default, after installing Lutris. -

Black Desert Online (Korean: 검은사막) is a sandbox-oriented fantasy massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) developed and published by Pearl Abyss. The game entered open beta in South Korea on December 2014, before its official release in July 2015 for Microsoft Windows. It was later released for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 in 2019 under the name Black Desert. The mobile version, known as Black Desert Mobile, was originally released in Asia in early 2019 and was released worldwide in December 2019.
